In the first place we are a group of deaf young people who we create in youth like so, in its capacities, and the protagonism that we have within our community. But single I ask to you that deaf Association of youth of Belgica belongs or Is European Community of deaf youth? and in addition I see that these you debíl in the diffusion of Deaf the European Community of Youth. But DFCE is NOT connected to any association, it is a voluntairy camp. Each year some volunteers take the organization of DFCE in their arms. This year it is us, some people of Belgium.

I'm quite sure you can join up next year, but we are only organizing for 2006, for 2007 there will be different organization and different country for DFCE 5.
Please keep in touch with Iolanda Batet as she will inform spanish Deaf about DFCE 5, next year.
